We will review all of your assets and liabilities to see what exactly you have to leave your loved ones and then produce all the needed documents (Will, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreement, and a Health Care Advance Directive).

Colby Althouse is a 2021 VIU Grad that started her practice in June 2022 after completing a Master of Arts in Applied Legal Studies (MAALS) at Simon Fraser University (SFU) in 2021. In March 2022 Colby sat and passed the BC Notarial Statutory Exams and was commissioned by the Supreme Court of Canada in June 2022 to act as a Notary Public. Colby's practice specializes in Estate Planning and Sales of Real Estate.
